so i have my surface hooked up to my 4k monitor and using the monitor as the only active display....it looks fine for the most part, but i noticed the at the borders its a bit cut off...is there a way to fix that?
also, my sound isn;t working...well, it works if the source is from the surface book, but if i try to make the sound from the PC come out of the TV, it doesnt work...says another application is using it....
my TV is set up to a sound bar via hdmi arc.....and the surface book is connected to the TV via active miniDP to hdmi 2.0 connector.
