In case anyone else has been waiting and wondering, I thought I should let the community know that my Surface Pro 7 was offered Windows 11 (Pro) 24H2 on November 25th. I'd installed the November preview for 23H2 and selected, "Get the latest updates as soon as they are available". 24H2 is a big update; after downloading, it took about two hours to install.
