Surface Book 2 touch screen not working after fresh Windows install

Okay, so I reinstalled Windows 10 (older version Build 19045) which did not give any me issues on other laptops.
I noticed there is exclamation mark in device manager, and that touch screen not working.
I don't want Windows Update to install my drivers, since probably is updating firmware too, which I don't want.
So I ran Snappy driver installer but immediately at the begining of installing drivers I'm getting BSOD with Stop Code: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED.
When I right click on Elan.... and choose update drivers I am getting message that "The best driver is already installled".
How do I make this touch screen working normally as it was before I reinstalled Windows?
Maybe need to install other version of Windows and these drivers for it:

Using 3rd-party driver installers is not recommended, as Microsoft provides all of the drivers necessary to keep your device up to date. Since the device reached the end of servicing on September 20, 2023, the firmware has likely been updated automatically via Windows Update anyway.

The most effective solution is to wipe the device and reimage it using the downloadable recovery image. Then you can manually update the drivers with the package referenced in your post.

Yep, will do that...I'm dowloading latest .iso image to USB pendrive and will install it.
So after that install the drivers from the link I provided?

I'm referring to the Surface Book 2 recovery image, not the downloadable Windows ISO. Manually update the drivers via the link after installing the recovery image.
