KB2984006 was not installed

I found today that I did not have installed this patch.

Thats weird I have that installed on the 9th but the site says published on the 15th...

It was released on patch Tuesday but it showed up late on my system. As I'm sure you know its a non-security update.

I don't keep up at all, because I never install any updates until you guys quit complaining, and then I know it's safe...
