How is this indexing options thing done?

In the right side charm, search for Indexing options. There remove everything but the libraries.

No,they are putting a lot of resources making anything that runs on Windows to look worse than the version for Android.

Sort of what I was hinting at, but was hoping it was more of a "we need to prioritize our resources to Chrome OS primary, Win OS secondary". I hope they aren't actively making adverse Win OS code.

brand new machine, battery charged to 98%, within 20 mins, 92% remaining, all settings default (brightness is 50%?), just web browsing......why?
