Surface Pro 6 not showing resolution for UltraWide 120Hz Monitor

I have just bought an Electriq 43" Super UltraWide 120Hz Monitor (eiQ-43SUWD120FSHDR600).
I have a Surface Pro 6 (i5), running Windows 11 which is connected to a Surface Dock (the one with 2x Mini DisplayPorts). The monitor is connected to the dock via a Mini DisplayPort (Mini DP) to HDMI Cable (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00YONKZ72/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1). However, I do not get the option of selecting the correct resolution of 3840x1080 in Display settings.
I have connected two other windows machines and they both display at the appropriate resolution.
Is this possible? Am I missing something obvious?
Thanks in advance.

Should be possible. This sounds like directly contacting a real person at the monitor's manufacturing company is what you should do. Does the monitor work while connected directly the SP6 without a docking station?

Thanks for the reply.
I get the same if I connect the Surface directly. I cannot see the resolution in the display settings.
