Over sentitive pen on new surface

It happened on a corporate image. Then, they replaced the surface and I asked not to have the corporate image anymore...

It worked perfectly for one week and a couple of days ago the problem returned. I just made a video:

That happens usually due to some sort of grounding issue - metal or glass desk?

Wood table.

I thought it could be the surface dock, so tried many times without it being connected. It does seems that it happens more often when it is connected, but I have made no t-test.

Not sure what's happening - I haven't seen that type of vectoring since gen2 N-trig Pens (2010-11 era) never with the Surface line. Does it happen in all ink enabled apps?
 
Does the Surface Pro have palm recognition/rejection? Does it reject fingers that may get too close to the screen surface? (Just wondering out loud...)
