Right-click on the taskbar, go to "news and interests" and select "Turn off."Yesterday I installed the Win10 Pro 21H1 update, and today Windows installed a Cumulative Update for it.
After first reboot from the Cumulative Update, I now have a "weather report" on the taskbar next to the System Tray. How can I get rid of that unwanted weather report?

Thanks! That did the trick. Somehow I didn't associate "news and interests" with a weather report on the Task Bar in my limited mind. Sorry, Microsoft, you were not correct when you knew that I wanted that annoying data displayed on my screen...Right-click on the taskbar, go to "news and interests" and select "Turn off."
Note: this does not work in Tablet Mode. you have to turn off Tablet Mode first.Right-click on the taskbar, go to "news and interests" and select "Turn off."
