What's new

Finally a stable Chrome that works with high-dpi displays. No more fuzzy text.

Next up -- they just need to fix the battery issue for the Windows version of Chrome -- up to a 25% reduction in battery life whenever Chrome is open, whether it's being used or not. For now at least this only occurs if the browser is open...

I want to like Chrome, I really do, but the terrible lag on 4k video streaming was the last straw. I'm on IE Desktop for the time being. IE Desktop also seems to do sizing a bit better and of course, doesn't run 8 instances of itself every time I launch it (as Chrome does). Hell, Chrome won't even turn itself off after you close it unless you specifically tell it to. Lame.

And Firefox - well don't even get me started. Every new version runs worse than the previous.

** Sadly, my company's web page looks the worse on IE than any other browser. Not completely but it just does some weird formatting things with custom buttons.
