Facebook-- Auto correct not working.

Hello,
I have had this problem since out-of the-box.
I sometimes enjoy forcing myself to be mindful of my spelling but this is Facebook and often just want to be lazy....
I have checked in my 'settings' and everything is 'on' in Spelling.
Help... please!

Autocorrect is via your browser, not facebook. tYPE an incorrect spelling on a reply here and see if you get the red squiggly line. I did for tYPE.....also on FB. Next are you using the flawed FB ap or actually using a browser?

I cannot find an answer anywhere either, The au.tocorrect does not work for Facebook or Messenger. It is driving me nuts!

As other's have mentioned - it depends on which browser you are utilizing. Facebook, while used in a browser, does not have an auto-correct feature built in - this feature, as previously stated, is built into your browser. What I have found on Edge recently is it works on the Surface Main Screen but not on the Extended Monitor...go figure

Not the same context but I've noticed peculiar issues with chrome on a second screen.
