Noticed after anniversary update Windows Journal is no longer installed under windows Accessories folder.
Found this on Microsoft site. Apparently its going to be a separate download.

Just upgraded to Win10 AU and am glad for your link to re-install Journal. I don't actually use it (use OneNote), but like having it.
