The Surface 3 Pro Pen and OneNote

On Microsoft website I read this:

In Windows 10, when you click the top button on Surface Pen, the OneNote app opens. Microsoft is aware of this and working to restore the ability to select either the OneNote app or OneNote 2013 (desktop). When the solution is ready, it will install on your Surface via the Windows Update service.

Is it any way yet to have it open OneNote 2013 (desktop)?

I had the same issue with the OneNote non-desktop app. All I did to resolve it was pair and unpaid the pen several times. Finally took after several attempts.
