I could have sworn I used to be able to do 2 finger scrolling and pinch to zoom, but not the only thing the trackpad lets me do is point and click. Anyone know what's up?

This happens sometimes. Most often it happens to me in one or several tabs in MUI IE - if you navigate to a working tab and scroll, then go back, it should work again. Failing that, duplicate the broken tab and that should also fix it.
If it's happening outside of IE, try disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard, or restarting your device.
