I have updated to latest version and tried a new keyboard, still nothing. I have tried holding the volume up button and power button and shut it down, for a restart.... Whats next?
Try booting into BIOS (before windows boots up) and verify if keyboard works in BIOS or not. Otherwise, could be the connector is dirty. Clean it up with rubbing alcohol and reconnect. See if it still works.
