Today I switched into tablet mode (which I have not done a lot), then went split screen as I had two windows open in Edge. Suddenly the screen locked up and became unresponsive. Tried the pen, tried my finger, connected the keyboard... nothing worked. Eventually the screen went black and remained unresponsive. However, during this time, the power plug and keyboard lit up when I plugged them into the device. I ended up holding down the power button for over 30 seconds, followed by a quick press and it restarted and became responsive again. Anyone have this issue before? Is it a known issue with a known trigger?
