Hi,
Ever since the 8.1 update on my surface pro I'm noticing that Bing search is dominating the search function. It seems that the search of windows 8 that I've got so used to is gone. The new search is perhaps a bit more tailored and efficient, but the compromise is that the contextual search within apps has become more difficult with extra clicks, up to a point it doesn't work unless you first press the search key within the app instead of the search button in the charms bar. With the charms search you do have the option to select from a dropdown menu at the top, to get the in app contextual search, unfortunately though not by default.
Does anyone know how I can change the contextual search within the app through the charms bar to default? I hate having to chose from the drop down menu every time.
