Solved Facial recognition not available?

Hey gang, I got my girlfriend an SP4 (I've had an SP3 for a good long while and love it, so recommended the SP4 as a kinda-sorta light work laptop) and one of the key features I talked to her about - the facial recognition - isn't available in the sign in options. Did I inadvertently disable the feature somehow? Or does something additional need to be done to enable it?

Thanks for any help,
Steve

During initial setup it should have asked you if you want to set up Windows Hello. Two things you can do. 1) go to action center (swipe from the right edge of the screen. Go to all settings and then accounts. In the sign-in option, you can set up Windows Hello. 2) Turn SP4 off. Push power button and volume up at the same time. Hold it til you see Surface logo. You'll see a white screen. Under devices, make sure IR camera is on. Hope this helps.

Gah - I could have sworn I had all the updates installed but it looks like a firmware update from 12/2 took care of the issue, thanks everybody.
