2016 model pro 4 screen flicker still

Hello,

Any fix for screen flicker. Words judder. Have reinstalled Windows and drivers but problem still present making this expensive thing basically unusable. I note many complaints about this. Has Microsoft done anything about it or is it just sitting on its thumbs and raking in the cash?
Any advice most welcome. Thanks from Australia

If it is bad enough that words are juddering, why havn't you just returned the thing under warranty?

Several months out of warranty. One year in Australia. To fix it will cost hundreds and of course the problem may come back. Never seen such a thing with any of the many computers I have used over the years.

I guess you didn't purchase the 2 year "Microsoft Complete" Extended service plan if you are several months out of warranty. What are the specs of your SP4 by the way?

By the way. What is interesting is that I can stop the juddering by holding my finger on the screen. Is that helpful in any diagnosis?
