Wrong CPU on SP3?

Weeks back I have heard that Microsoft been selling SP2 with an incorrect CPU by accident. I didn't read up the actual detail.

According to this info:
There are five different Surface Pro 3 configurations, each processor pairing with a different integrated chipset:
•1.5GHz Intel Core i3 (Intel HD Graphics 4200), 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB storage
•1.6GHz Intel Core i5 (Intel HD Graphics 4400, Turbo Boost up to 2.9GHz), 4GB of RAM, 128GB storage
•1.6GHz Intel Core i5 (Intel HD Graphics 4400, Turbo Boost up to 2.9GHz), 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage
•1.7GHz Intel Core i7 (Intel HD Graphics 5000, Turbo Boost up to 3.3GHz), 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage
•1.7GHz Intel Core i7 (Intel HD Graphics 5000, Turbo Boost up to 3.3GHz), 8GB of RAM and 512GB storage

The Surface Pro 2 has less to offer here, with only four configurations
•1.9GHz Intel Core i5 (Intel HD Graphics 4400, Turbo Boost up to 2.5GHz) 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage
•1.9GHz Intel Core i5 (Intel HD Graphics 4400, Turbo Boost up to 2.5GHz) 4GB of RAM and 128GB storage
•1.9GHz Intel Core i5 (Intel HD Graphics 4400, Turbo Boost up to 2.5GHz) 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage
•1.9GHz Intel Core i5 (Intel HD Graphics 4400, Turbo Boost up to 2.5GHz) 8GB of RAM and 512GB storage

My SP3 has the exact spec as i5 on SP2, it does not look like SP3 spec at all?
It has Intel i5-4300U 1.9GHz to 2.5Ghz.
Am I being paranoid about this?

Task Manager reports 2.5GHz as max, but if you use use Intel Turbo Boost monitor tool, it will go up to 2.8GHz. So Task manager is not reporting correctly the speed and max speed of the CPU.
Turbo Boost is the POTENTIAL, max speed, of the CPU. The CPU will go faster than the base line speed, if it detects that you have the thermal availability to support higher speed. The point of Turbo Boost is to give you burst of speed boost, like when you start a program, or process something, but it is not designed to run continuously at the max Turbo Boost speed. So while it reports 2.8GHz in the Intel monitor, it could be actually reaching 2.9Ghz but for a split second.

Oh, thank god! I understand the turbo boost thingy. I just didn't know that it was just how Windows reported. Thanks.
