Will a click on the pen wake the sp4 out of hibernation into one note?

A click of the pen 'eraser' button during Hibernation or Sleep does indeed wake up my Surface Book, and opens OneNote.
However, Windows Hello interjects - I must verify my identity before getting full control.

OK just wondering since sleep is out of whack right now.
