United Airlines Wi-Fi App Doesn't Work on SP4?

I went to the MS store to download the United Airlines app to use Wi-Fi on my flight. I got a message that says "This app will not work on your device" and "this app needs hardware your device doesn't have."

What hardware am I missing? The app is for Win 8, but it says it will work on Win 10.

I was able to download a different United app, but it's very limited. All it seems to do is the same stuff you see on their website.
