Test SSD Speed plugged and unplugged charger

i tested SSD speed of my SP4 i5 128GB by HD Tune Software.
there is a big difference between plugged and unplugged charger; but is this Normal?!

Is it consistently reproducible? How many times did you do this?

Can anyone independently verify these results?

Note that maximum and burst rate speeds are not that different.
There could have been a background process doing something that affected your results.

I tried 4 times. No background process.
 
Does it really have an effect in your real world use case?

Personally the only time I have noticed a difference in HDD performance on any machine is when using an external SSD versus a mechanical drive. And that too mostly running VM's. YMMV.. do let us know.

May it really have not an effect in real world use, but the problem is:
"Is this deference Normal?!"
