Solved Surface Pro 3 network adapter problem

Hi everyone!

Yesterday I was watching videos before going to bed. Nothing special there. Next day, I woke up and decided to go browse the Internet. That's when I noticed I had no network connexion. I mean, I couldn't even try to connect to a network since none were showing up. I decided to go check in my device manager and that's what I found :

Does anyone know what can I do to solve the problem?

Remove that device. Windows will restore it after a reboot.

Thank you for your reply. I've removed my device, rebooted the computer, and it didn't show up. However, I found how to fix it. I got to
Download Surface Pro 3 from Official Microsoft Download Center and downloaded SurfacePro3_Win10_151026_2.msi drivers (the executable). Ran it, rebooted and now my device is showing up. Thanks for helping me!
