Surface Laptop stuck in red lock screen

Hello everyone , I've a problem with my laptop.
Recently I turn it on and im stucked in this screen.

What does this mean? I can do nothing. How can I fix it?

Did you make changes to the UEFI (boot-level settings)?

Had no idea this was a UEFI error. Literally thought this was a Bitlocker error message, but I had a Surface Pro 3 that ALSO had this issue, but I was able to fix it by connecting the Surface Pro 3 to a Surface Dock and booting to PXE and installing an enterprise image. After that the issue was gone. I dunno if you can setup an "Enterprise environment" with PXE anywhere, but that's what I did to solve the issue with the Surface Pro 3.
