Stop the Action Center from appearing when swiping inward from the rightmost of the screen

I've owned this SP4 and also my first Windows tablet for less than a week now. There are some annoying issues here and there, but overall speaking I'm very happy with my decision.

I've had most of my questions answered thanks to numerous blogs/posts online. However I'm not yet able to find a solution to this issue: when I detach the Type Cover and use SP4 as a tablet (regardless of whether the Tablet mode is turned on), especially when I'm writing on the screen, my right arm touches the right rim of the screen and sometimes this brings up the Action Center. This can be a bit annoying; I have to stop what I'm doing and close the Action Center first. How can one stop the Action Center from appearing when swiping inward from the right rim of the screen?

I have the same problem with the action center popping up all the time, particularly when I'm scrolling with touch.
