Not using any software. Assuming you are referring to the lack of text labels, I renamed them using blank characters from the character map.

Quick question. How did you get these icons on the desktop? They appear to be full program icons and not just shortcuts, but I haven't yet found any way to do that successfully. This looks great.

u can remove the shortcut arrow, need to edit in regedit tho, here is a link of howto:
