Why the heck does Cortana keep asking me to set up Cortana every time I reboot???
When I tap on the "Search the web and Windows" section it always starts with "Welcome back! Let's pick up where you left off"
Win 10 bug or am I doing something wrong?
I'm using a Surface Pro 3.
Also sometimes when I search for "manage audio devices" sometimes it will give me the correct control panel option and sometimes it will just do a Bing search??? why????
