Solved Screen "background" is black?

I don't know what I did. A message came up on the left side of the screen, curiously, I selected it and my background turned black. Everything seems to work okay but I can't find how to change it back to a "Default" screen.

check this: PC Settings -> Ease of access -> Other Options -> Show Windows background -> check it "on"

Then pick the background you want.

"Screen Background Black"-- Makes me feel real stupid. I went to the Control Panel and chose "Personalize", there it was, a way to change your screen. I don't know how to show that this issue is closed/resolved.
