Portable document scanner that works with 8.1 rt???

Just wondering if any of you out there have come across a stand alone portable document scanner that works with Surface 2 rt? I have looked at the compatibility center and I see barcode scanners but not document scanners. It would make my life a lot easier to if I could find one.

Do you carry a smartphone? There are apps that do a pretty remarkable job of scanning using the phone's camera.

There's some Apps in the store iScan Air, iScan Air Go, ... that work with a portable scanner.
HP and Brother also have apps but it's unclear what scanners they support.

There are a couple portable scanners that scan to a microSD card.

Yup indeed. Apps offered by smartphone's app store that do a pretty remarkable job of scanning using the phone's camera. You can check it later. I hope you success. Good luck.
