I think the OP meant Surface in general. Didn't matter what version.

I swear I remember that when I responded the heading said Surface RT...oh well...

In which case I would have to respond to the question as follows:

Surface RT/ Surface 2 (RT) from the UK
SP3 from Canada (but I am resident in the UK)
