Pending restart from installation

I was updating my sp3 (from right out of the box) and I saw one of the installations as "Pending restart from installation on...". The update is for the System Firmware Update - 11/18/2014.

All the other updates seemed to have installed perfectly fine except this one (2nd one from the top in the attached picture). I already restarted my surface twice. What do I do?

Well after the 3rd try, it worked! But I am a little worried. Does it matter what order the updates are installed in? Because I installed these updates (along with some other optional ones) AFTER all the other ones because it failed.

That happens. Some updates then generate other related updates. So some need to be installed before others but the updater is "usually" pretty smart about that.
