Onedrive personal and school

My school just gave us free office Microsoft Office using our school email as the Microsoft account.

I have my own Microsoft account which is tied to my onedrive and other Microsoft services. I have been using this for school. So my onenote are all in my personal MS account.

So I'm not sure how my MS office documents will be saved to the cloud.

Anyone know how this goes? Any fellow student in the same predicament?
 
Your "HowTo" was removed from the title as that was intended for solutions, not questions. ;)
 
The OneDrive that you school gave you is most likely OneDrive for Business and you set that up through the Office 365 Portal and clicking on the OneDrive Link and the selecting Sync, you can also set this up by adding a location from within Office using the File Back Page.

Is there a way to reconcile my personal and school onedrive files?
No, at least currently as OneDrive is designed for personal use and OneDrive for Business is of course is designed for Business.
