New Member with Q's

Just bought a Surface RT. Thank you for this discussion forum. A few questions that I can't easily find answers for.

Can I import Favorites to IE 11 on Windows 8.1 (Preview) RT?
Can I import Contacts to People?
How are you all doing SMS to and from your contacts?

[EDIT] I figured out Contacts! Woot Exported from iCloud and imported to People on-line.

Welcome and all that.
If you're running IE11 on another machine, the Favourites will sync across. Not sure about importing them, they just synced across for me.
For SMS I use a mobile phone.
