new here, need itunes help!

I just got a surface pro 3 and I'm having an issue with iTunes. When I go into the apps under purchased apps in iTunes, I get the error message that iTunes has stopped working. Any ideas?
 
yea simple! drop iTunes :p but I would try un-installing then re-install see if that clears it...
 
Haven't seen that one before. I'd go along with kundas1's uninstall/reinstall suggestion.
 
When you go to iTunes.com and select Download iTunes, it should automatically have the 64-bit version selected for download.

It works fine on the Surface Pro, so definitely take the suggestion and uninstall then reinstall.
