New folder in the programs folder

So I just noticed a new folder in my programs folder. Its called CMAK don't know where it came from. It has a file called cmak.exe.mui in it. Is it safe or bad. This is coming from a clean install and only non app store apps I have is malware bytes and office installed right now.

It appears to be a Microsoft file and part of MSDN. Looks safe to me.

Thanks!! Wonder what caused it to be there. Haven't really installed anything new. It was created same day I did updates. Could that be the reason.
