My Track pad isn't working as im typing this...

So my mouse trackpad goes out about once a day, i initially thought it was my keyboard (which my SP1 used to do) but its just the trackpad. Unfortunately disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard cover does not fix the issue instantly like it did on my SP1.

This is getting very annoying........

I've had problems with either the touchpad or touchscreen not working maybe 4 times so far and it seemed to happen when waking the device from sleep where the keyboard attachment state was different from when it was put to sleep (ie. the keyboard was detached before putting it to sleep but then I attached the keyboard and woke it up. The opposite might also cause some problems).

I rarely disconnect my keyboard so I doubt that's it. It will always fix itself if I reboot, but the reboot process on my 4 takes forreevvveerr, on my SP1 it was instant, so I'm not really sure what's going on there either
