When I turn on my Surface Pro, it loads up to the black screen with the word "Surface" and loading icon beneath it. The loading icon continues to spin but I am stuck on this page. I've left it on for hours to no avail and I've tried using the switching off and holding volume up/down button. I can get to the setup page with the Trusted Platform Model, Secure Boot Control, Install Default Secure Boot Keys, Delete All Secure Boot Keys, and Exit Setup buttons. I've tried enabling and disabling the TPM and SBC but it still wont work. I've even tried installing and deleting all secure boot keys. Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I've seen many others experience it but I can't find a way to fix it.

You might have to reload Windows 10 via USB start up if you can download it on another computer... I unfortunately had this once and was the only way to solve it!
