Solved My Surface can't Sync to the Microsoft Arc Mouse

I bought the Microsoft Arc Mouse Surface Edition, I bought it like a week ago and the day I received it it worked perfectly. Then I did not use it until today but now I can't sync it with my Surface, when I go to bluetooh it doesn't show me the mouse.

Any ideas?? Please help

Sorry I solved the problem, it seems one of the two triple A batteries came defective from the box, I changed it and solved the problem.

Something similar happened to me. I recently ordered a Microsoft Wedge Keyboard and it came with dead batteries. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, and was really surprised that brand new Duracell's were dead in the package. I used two of my own batteries and problem solved.
