I don't believe so no. I think the UEFI makes it a bit tricky.

Also, why would you want to do such a thing?!?!?!?!

I just wanted to play with Linux to see how it work.
I know it was possible with windows 7, but I don't want to mess my Surface by trying.

"Possible" is one of describing it. You can get Win7 installed, but half the stuff doesn't work and it would be even less with Linux, even an Ubuntu variant.

I'd just do it in a VM.

I was going to suggest the same thing as jnjroach. Hyper-V is the way to go.

Use Virtual Box. Downloads – Oracle VM VirtualBox
Windows 10 as the host OS and Linux as the guest OS. You will need the extensions pack also.

VirtualBox will break Miracast with the default configuration and breaks Connected Standby. Hyper-V in Windows 10 doesn't ....
