Is my infrared "hello" camera broken?

Completely fresh installation with windows 10 and then done all the windows updates (i unfortunatly had no choice but to install them)
then i tried to configure windows hello and it simply doesn't work. The grey bar that goes to blue is not moving at all.

Can you see the red from the infrared camera? -- OOPS, sorry, posted that RIGHT before you said the light didn't come on.

So, if you go to Device Manager, do you see any devices that are having problems?

Try this..
1. Uninstall the the windows hello driver "Surface Camera Windows Hello". Which will re-install when you reboot.
2. Deactivate hello and pin.
3. Set them up again

You could also try this in t 2,1,3 sequence. Should work.. let us know
