Firmware update crashed my device

Hi
I have a huge problem with my device
When I updated my device's firmware, I faced a problem in the booting process
When I restart my device, it automatically goes to UEFI page.
It doesn't let windows to run and every time I restart my device it shows.
It is more likely when the device is hot. but just sometimes the windows runs.

Was the battery charged to 100% and surface plugged in and keyboard attached before installing update?

All Firmware Updates should be done with the Cover Attached as that is how its Firmware is updated. Plugged In is very important as well, the 100% isn't necessary.

Thanks for the replies, then what should I do know?! Reset factory? It's the 2nd time that I reset my device

How can it not be under warranty? The standard SP2 warranty is one year and it was released October 22, 2013.

POOFFF, Really depressed with surface's support. I think you really don't care about customers. It's a shame. I tell you don't buy surface if you are not in America or Europe. Shame on you Microsoft.
