Do Surface RT and Surface Pro use the same Touch/Type keyboards?

Do Surface RT and Surface Pro use the same Touch/Type keyboards? I just tried the Type keyboard at Staples yesterday. It felt much thinner than I expected and yet the keys still felt really good. I'm tempted to pick one up, but only want to spent the money if I can also use it with the Pro.

Yes they use the same ones.

Have you tried the touch keyboard? It is very easy to type after about an hour of practice.

I'm old school and took the Type over the Touch Cover. Wife did the same... Seems a bit odd that they work on both since the Pro is a little thicker but I guess it makes sense to make them fit both tablets.

Thanks Leica. Yes, I own a Touch Cover already with my Surface RT. I'm a little more willing to spend the money to try out the Type Cover knowing that I could use it both with the RT and with the Pro (I plan to get a Pro... just not sure if it will replace or be in addition to my RT).

Yes same options as RT. I don't think type cover will be included.
