Change XBOX Account linked in SP3 during SP3 setup

I have just got the SP3 and am trying to understand the process of how a default new XBOX account was created and auto linked to my outlook.com login. This is not my account and now I would like to associate the correct gamertag to my SP3. How do I change that so when I browse the xbox functionality on the SP3 its pointing to my actual XBOX account. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Don't you have to use your XBOX live account when setting up the SP3? I think it will create a new XBOX account if you choose to create a new Live account at setup, since it's Live is used for all of Microsoft products.
