I am trying to finish up setting my home office but the USB-C Hub I bought ( Robot Check ), faulted when I connected it to external monitors, they go black after sometime. I am looking for three-display hubs that works with SB2. I have seen the following hubs with three monitor support:

If anyone has experience with three external monitors on a SB2, any help/recommendation is appreciated!

From a bandwidth perspective to drive 3 monitors the SB2 would need Thunderbolt 3 through the USB C port. Using the Surface Dock you could do this...two off of the mini-DP and one driven off the USB-C, or you could attempt to do a DisplayPort Daisey-Chain assuming the monitors you're using support it.

Thank you for your answer. I think I will go with the Surface Dock option. However, the nvidia GPU is capable of supporting the 3 monitors right? And for the third monitor driven off the USB-C, can I use a USB-C hub (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01J4BO0X8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) or should it be a direct USB-C to HDMI cable?

I would use an active HDMI to USB C personally it would give better results ....this is the one I used https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075V5JK36/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
