Adobe Creative Cloud control panel

I have a Surface Pro 2 and, on Illustrator and Photoshop, the control panel is tiny. Is there a setting to increase the size of the control panel?

Yep, small Control Panel, and small fonts.
Adobe has not considered that some high resolution displays are physically small. They need to allow the fonts and icons on their own menus and controls to be scaled.

This example on a Surface Pro 3 with Windows 10.

I found a partial solution - disabling display scaling worked for Illustrator, but not Photoshop. Here's the URL: http://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/apps-and-windows-store/app-display-issues

Any solutions for Photoshop?
