84 C temp Surface3

Hello
My Surface 3 (i5,128GB,4GB), on the start, temp CPU is 60 degrees C.?.
And when I use progran FreemakeVidio, temp CPU is 83 to 86 ?!.
I think it is a bit too much ?.
Please tell me, what should be temperature CPU in idle and when is working ?.
I do not know what to do next with my tablet, because is so hot.

83 to 86 when using Freemakevideo sounds normal.

It will start to throttle at 90 degrees Celsius and will continue till it gets down to 80 degrees Celsius. So with what you are doing it is perfectly within the design spec.

The only thing that seems a little off is your base temp. 60 may be a little high as a idle temp but that depends on what you have loaded. look at what's using CPU during idle times.

And to the OP, I would look into why you're idling at 60C as that is pretty high. Right now my CPU is at 43C with a few PDFs open and IE, mail, OneNote, and some other apps.

Perhaps look in Task Manager and see what is running? Also, you could check what you have set to run at start-up. Do this in Task Manager by clicking the 'start-up' tab.
