Battery wear at 12% only after 11 cycles

Hello to all. I have bought SP4 11 days ago an battery wear has been increasing in last couple of days so now in win10 battery report i have:
DESIGN CAPACITY 38,152 mWh

FULL CHARGE CAPACITY 33,495 mWh
CYCLE COUNT 11
Is this normal? And is there anything I can do?

Wow!!!! I'd return it.... Or, wait... Why don't you discharge it to 10% or less, turn it completely off, let it charge over night, and see if the numbers are still the same.

I tried it and it went from 7 to 12%

You sir have a faulty battery. This could happen to anyone... I'd return it.

Thank you for your feedback, I suspected so. Btw sad fact, my surface 3 is in ms service and I bought pro 4 as replacement with intention to sell s3 once it returns. Now I need to send brand new one to service as well and who nows what they will send me- maybe refurbished one for device 11 days old. Tbh I would buy apple device in the blink of the eye if they had serious OS in ipad pro as I never had any issues with ipads Really disappointed but at this moment no other device offers me what surface has so will have to accept it for now.

On my first sp4 I had 41,000 capacity. On this sp4 I have around 39,000. Pretty funny if your ask me.

I wouldn't buy an iPad. No usb. No HDMI. No micro SD. Even if it had full windows on it, you wouldn't be able to expand it or connect it to anything that didn't have Bluetooth or Wifi. Crippling if you ask me.

Just been in store, btw I am from CH and have bought it in one of largest devices distributor in my country- Interdiscount. They are unable to exchange it as they can only send devices back to MS and it is up to them how they will proceed. Also refund is not possible as per guarantee conditions. Therefore I have to send my less then two weeks used device to service, receive later maybe refurbished one and be without it for two or three weeks- more than I spent with it so far.

@Zkyevolved- you are right and in addition BT will not connect for instance with android so easily without JB. But their HW is much more reliable, at least based on my previous purchases and as explained, out of two surfaces, one is three months old and in MS service and second one less then two weeks and will be sent tomorrow to service. I presume you can understand that I certain concerns how they will perform in the future.

Of course. I for one had terrible experienced with Apple. Had 3 iPhones, all defective and new. The fourth wasn't even opened and I sold it as a new device as it was BNIB. I guess we all have different experiences. I personally like how Microsoft deals with these issues. I have has very good customer service relations with them. I can't say the same about Apple even though everyone raves about it. I guess I had bad luck with Apple and you had good luck! Haha. That's life I suppose.

Only one iphone (5c which is company one as for personal needs I prefer android) and two ipads but everything ok so far With ms awfull experience with their hw, started with xbox 360 (which is their gaming division so I assumed should be different story) and now this but will wait for my remarks after going through their service process. I can only hope for the best.
