Touch Screen is Too Often Unresponsive

OK, thanks.

If the Smart Filter is the culprit, then why is only the SP4 affected by this problem? I presume that the Smart Filter resides on other touch devices, correct?
I see the delay on all of my Windows 10 devices.... but I'm also running insider builds.....

Picked up the SP4 i5/8/256 today from BB, and have the same exact issue as the OP!

I just assumed it was my super dry (colorado) fingers causing this till I saw this thread..

Will keep an eye on it, as it is pretty annoying.

I'm also seeing some lag when typing (onscreen keyboard) and the keyboard not popping up everytime it should, as it does on the SP3

I notice the same problem tapping on links and buttons. My Surface Pro 3 seems more responsive. I also notice that the task switcher (swipe from left edge of screen) pops up by accident all of the time when I'm just scrolling a webpage with my left hand.

Last night I had issues with the Pen (stopped working) and audio output stopped working. Sure will be glad when MS works out some of the intermittent issues....
