K kris2per New Member May 30, 2016 #1 I shouldn't have never updated! Knowing this device doesn't even have the failsafes! I'm stuck and the thing wasn't even budging for more than 2hrs so I ended having to restart it. Now I'm stuck forever in this horrendous loop! What are my options?

jnjroach Administrator Staff member May 30, 2016 #2 Can we get more info? Which updates were you installing? Have you tried the Power Down completely, hold the Volume Rocker Up and Power On?
