Hi, Sean. My mistake. For now, Windows 10 will not be estimating battery time remaining, due to users' complaints of inaccuracies. Batteries from various devices drain differently, non-linearly, etc., so the remaining battery power will be shown in percent.
It would be good for you to write down a percent value and the time, and after running out of juice, remember how long you actually have remaining. For example, every 10 percent = 30 minutes, etc.
However, when charging, you will get an estimate of the time remaining until charge is full.
